Recent Alumni Emerging Artist Award
Anna Wagner – BFA Ceramics 2020 has done a great job of applying to myriad opportunities using the pieces from her UCA Bachelor of Fine Arts senior exhibition and she continues to reap the benefits. She was given a full time artists residency at Northwestern Michigan College for the 2021-22 academic year and she was just named an Emerging Artists of 2021-22 by Ceramics Monthly, a highly competitive award from the most widely circulated publication dedicated to ceramics in the country. She is an inspiration for our students to remember to: Make the work you create for your exhibition continue to work for you after graduation!! Apply to everything!
