Jan. 20th is the deadline to sign up for Faculty-Led programs.
Feb. 24th is the deadline to sign up for Language Immersion programs.
Step 1: Complete the online application.
Step 2: Make an appointment with our office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 450-3646.
At your appointment, be prepared to submit the following:
1) Receipt of payment: Go to Student Accounts located in Bernard Hall Suite 110 and pay the $500 deposit. Bring the receipt from Student Accounts to the Office of Study Abroad meeting.
2) Turn in the approval sheet with signature of faculty leader(s) showing approval for courses abroad.
3) Bring your passport to the office. Apply for your passport as soon as possible if you do not have one currently.
4) Be ready to sign all paperwork at your appointment. Paperwork provided in Office of Study Abroad.
If you plan to study abroad with UCA and are not a current UCA student, please work with the Office of Admissions.
May 2017 graduates, and any other previous UCA grads, should complete the Undergraduate Readmit Application as a non-degree seeking post-bacc student.
