Service-learning gives UCA students an opportunity to jump start their path to life-long community engagement and civic responsibility, while learning directly from extraordinary people. These opportunities would not exist without the help, support, and cooperation of our community partners! When a partner opens the door to their agency for a student to gain meaningful-real world experiences through service-learning, they open a door to a lifetime of possibilities.
Become a Partner
If you would like to partner with UCA students and faculty, please fill out our online Community Partner Information Form sharing your needs and interests. All community partners are asked to complete an annual letter of agreement to remain active partners.
Attend a Workshop
UCA and United Way host a free monthly Nonprofit Workshop Series for local nonprofit organizations.
Get an Intern
If your needs would be best filled by an internship, please contact Clif Ford, Interim Associate Director of Cooperative education, at email@example.com or 501-450-3250, for help listing your internship opportunity. Please feel free to contact the Service-Learning Program as well for help recruiting an intern from a specific department.
Drop In @ UCA Downtown
Beginning in January 2016, the UCA Service-Learning Program will host drop-in meetings for community partners at 9:00 am on the third Tuesday of every month. Stop by to share your ideas and input!
