Dr. John Murphy, Professor of Psychology & Counseling, presented a keynote address entitled, “The One Thing to Becoming a Better School Psychologist” to open the 6th International Conference on School Psychology in Vietnam (Hanoi, Vietnam) on August 1st, 2018, and a mini-skills workshop entitled, “Brief Solution-Focused Counseling in Schools: Practical Skills and Strategies” on August 2nd. Dr. Murphy also appeared on national and local television programs to discuss school psychology and child mental health treatment.
