In an effort to reach new students at the University of Central Arkansas and welcome them into the UCA community and city of Conway, the Office of Orientation is excited to offer Conway Daze! Identifying a place to get a haircut, purchase groceries, obtain automobile maintenance or grab a bite to eat are just a few of the hassles of adjusting to a new community. Conway Daze is an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to come together to showcase their merchandise and services. It is designed to acclimate students to the Conway community while connecting them with those essential services they will need during their tenure in Bear Country.
Not only is this a great time to connect new students, but it serves as a means of reconnecting others in Conway. Conway Daze will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. at the UCA Practice Field and Bruce Street. Guests can browse the vendor areas, pick up information, coupons, discounts, free give away items, participate in games and leave more knowledgeable about Conway! In addition, it promises to be lots of fun. A UCA Back to School Pep Rally, basketball and football scrimmage game, face painting and pictures with the mascot are all planned to add to the excitement of Conway Daze!
Below you will find a registration form along with additional information regarding Conway Daze and advertising placement to complement your business or organization. If you are interested in participating please complete and send the registration form, appropriate fee (cash, check or money order only) and business logo in a camera ready format to:

Space is limited and we accept applications on a first come, first serve basis. We must receive your registration form on or before Friday, July 27, 2012 to be considered. If sending a check please make payable to UCA. A confirmation letter and receipt will be emailed to the contact person listed on the application.
