Jennifer McCune teaches general education literature courses in the University of Central Arkansas English department. These courses include World Literature I, World Literature II, Introduction to Fiction, Introduction to Poetry, and Introduction to Drama.
Mrs. McCune hails from the Delta region of Arkansas and worked for several years as an assistant at the Rice Research and Extension Center in Stuttgart, AR. She has also worked as a secretary, graduate assistant and, at one point, a jewelry salesperson.
Mrs. McCune earned a Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Central Arkansas in May 2001 and her Master of Arts in English at the University of Central Arkansas in December 2003.
She serves as a judge for the Grand Prairie Arts Festival writing competition in Stuttgart AR on an annual basis. She also works in Banned Books Week festivities every fall.
