Dr. Christine B. Case is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Central Arkansas, where she teaches Intro to Lit, Intro to Fiction, Film & Lit, and Interdisciplinary Writing and Research, as well as graduate seminars in gender & sexuality studies and Anglophone lit. Her research interests include children’s cultures, girlhood studies, fairy tales, performance, and disability. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s doctoral program in English and the University of Chicago’s masters program in the Humanities. She is published in Jeunesse: Young People, Texts, Cultures and has an article on Disney Princess Performance forthcoming in Children’s Literature Association Quarterly. She was recently elected to serve on the Children’s Literature Association Accessibility Committee.
