UCA Psychological Society
- The UCA Psychological Society is open to anyone interested in psychology. There are no other requirements.
- There is no attendance policy, but active involvement is encouraged. The organization’s five officers cannot manage all events alone. Therefore, suggestions and help are welcome at any time.
- Meetings are held every other Thursday of each month during the fall and spring semesters. Meetings are scheduled for Mashburn Hall room 239 at X-period (1:40-2:30 pm) unless otherwise posted. Other activities (socials, philanthropic projects, fundraising) are scheduled throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Psi Chi International Honor Society
- The purpose of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology (founded in 1929) is to “encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship of the individual members in all fields, particularly in psychology, and to advance the science of psychology” (Psi Chi, 2023; Click here to earn more about the history of Psi Chi).
- As an honors society membership is open to undergraduates, graduates, faculty who meet the membership requirements. The requirements for membership are available here: Psi Chi Membership Requirements (undergraduate students at UCA must have a minimum 3.3 GPA overall and in their PSYC courses)
- UCA maintains a very active Psi Chi chapter, including multiple Society Model Chapter Awards and the Ruth Hubbard Cousins award.

Psychology Students of Color
- Psychology Students of Color is a registered student organization (RSO) that aims to provide all students, especially students of color in the Psychology and Counseling Department, with mentorship, guidance, and social support in an attempt to increase diversity, inclusion, and more people of color (POC) representation in the field of psychology.
- PSOC is open to all students enrolled at UCA as an undergraduate psychology major/minor or graduate student within the Department of Psychology and Counseling.
- All psychology students are welcome to our events! Involvement is encouraged, though lack of involvement is not penalized.
