Q: As an incoming student registering for Viewpoint Screening, do I have to purchase the Drug Test and Background packages separate from my main package?
A: No. Incoming students only need to select the correct package. First, select Arkansas, then select University of Central Arkansas, then the option for Nursing. Under this selection, you will select your appropriate program. The program selections are as follows: Undergraduate BSN, RNtoBSN, and Graduates (this includes BSNtoDNP, MSNtoDNP, MSN-NECS, MSN-CNL, and Post-Masters tracks).

Q: I uploaded the incorrect document copy for one of my requirements verification, and now my submission has been ‘Not Approved’ after uploading the correct copy. How do I fix this?
A: Once you have selected the correct copy of your document, you should see a check-box reading “Combine Upload.” You will need to de-select this box and proceed to upload your correct copy. This will erase the incorrect copy from your submission page, ensuring the newest upload is the only version shown.

Q: I need to change the testing location and/or time of my drug test. What do I need to do to make these changes?
A: You will need to log into your personal Viewpoint account, and, once logged in, you should see a “Click to Chat” bubble at the bottom, right corner of the screen. Click this bubble to instantly reach a Viewpoint representative to chat with you. They should be able to walk you through any issues, or make any necessary changes for location and/or time changes.
