Dr. Steven Foley, Department of Biology, recently received a $25,000 grant to conduct an evaluation of E. coli gene expression in the presence of chicken serum. The University of Central Arkansas Department of Nursing was awarded a grant of $44,802 to provide loans/scholarships to graduate nursing students seeking to become nurse educators.
