Haydyn Hudnall is dedicated to guiding students through transformative experiences as an Education Abroad Advisor and NSE Coordinator at the University of Central Arkansas. A recent graduate of UCA, Haydyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish in May 2023. Her own experiences as a student have deeply influenced her approach to study abroad advising, particularly her time spent in Costa Rica during the Summer of 2022.
During this time, her passion for global education was sparked during a Spanish Language Immersion program in Costa Rica, as she lived with a host family and studied at a language school in San José. This experience not only sharpened her language skills but also deepened her appreciation for cultural exchange and global learning. Now, Haydyn is committed to helping students broaden their horizons and gain new perspectives through international education.
In her current role, Haydyn is dedicated to helping students navigate the complexities of studying abroad. She collaborates closely with faculty, international partners, and students to create opportunities that are both meaningful and aligned with their academic goals. She also coordinates the National Student Exchange program, as she believes in the value of domestic exchange opportunities that allow students to explore diverse academic environments across the United States. Through this program, Haydyn ensures that students have the support and resources they need to make the most of their exchange experience. Her commitment to both international and domestic exchange reflects her broader mission of making transformative educational experiences accessible to all students.
