Step Ahead is intended for all UCA student employees and will help students develop the skills needed to be successful on the job.
This training has been organized to provide general guidelines regarding different aspects of an on campus job. However, there may be information or procedures which need to be addressed by department supervisors depending on the job.
Instructions
- Students should watch the training video below in its entirety.
- After the training, students MUST complete a quiz.
- Upon completion of the quiz, students will receive a certification of completion that will be sent via email.
- Please give the certificate to your supervisor on your first day of work for inclusion in your personnel file.
- Merit Fellow students: You do NOT need to submit your certificate to the coordinator. The training will be checked bi-monthly for completions.
