Dr. Kathy Clayborn serves as the Executive Director of Career Services. She has over 30 years of experience in higher education. Dr. Clayborn leads the Career Coaching team by providing strategic leadership for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs, systems, and events to connect employers with students, faculty, and alumni. Her background includes a Bachelor in Science in Education from Ouachita Baptist University, a Master of Science from East Texas State University (Texas A&M- East campus), and a Doctor of Philosophy from Southern Illinois University.
Dr. Clayborn enjoys promoting others to make good health decisions, spending time with her family, exercising, and watching movies.
