Internship Banquet

Register your company to attend the 2025 Internship Banquet on Tuesday, March 11th!

Please mark your calendar to attend the 19th Annual Internship Banquet! This event showcases companies/organizations and UCA faculty who work together to provide experiential learning for undergraduate students. Sponsorships will support internships to increase experiential learning for UCA students.

Sponsorships cost $500 and will reserve your company:
– A table at the event (seats 6 people)
– An electronic resume book of student attendees will be sent after the event
– An opportunity to network with faculty and with students seeking internships
– Your company logo will be prominently displayed in a framed poster in the College of Business and in the Internships and Cooperative Education office throughout the year

Please fill out this form to register for the Annual Internship Banquet. Completing this form confirms that you plan to attend the banquet. You will receive an email from internships@uca.edu with a link to submit your $500 sponsorship. Thank you for your dedication to UCA students!
















  • Please list the majors you are interested in recruiting for internships. If you are open to all majors, please write, “All Majors”. (Please note: students majoring in Nursing, OT, PT, and Teaching will NOT be in attendance at this banquet.)

    Please fill out the above table with information for those that will attend the banquet (include yourself if you plan to attend). Click the plus sign to add more. Please note, tables will seat 6 people, so you may want to allow a few seats for students. Please NOTIFY OUR OFFICE if your attendee list changes.
    You will receive an email with payment information after you submit this form. Payment is due January 31, 2025.

    ~ Registering obligates you to sponsor a table. ~ Sponsorship payment must be received by Jan 31st or your organization’s registration will be voided. ~ There is no option to request a refund, so please be prepared to send a substitute representative, if needed, on the day of the banquet.
