Our Mission

The mission of Career Services Center is to support UCA’s Strategic Plan by assisting students in maximizing their educational experience by providing access to career coaching, programs, presentations, experiential learning, and employment opportunities to empower all students to be active participants in their career development, through learning during and after college.

Service Area Outcomes

  • Career Services will provide opportunities to assess skills, interest, experiences, values, and characteristics.
  •  Career Services will provide students with the experiences, knowledge, and  career -development opportunities to succeed in a changing workforce.
  • Career Services will identify and promote employment opportunities with employers.

NACE Principles for Ethical Professional Practice

NACE’s Principles for Ethical Professional Practice are designed to provide everyone involved in the career development and employment process with two basic precepts on which to base their efforts: maintain a recruitment process that is fair and equitable; support informed and responsible decision making by candidates.
