Drew Gainor

Drew was born in California but raised from a young age in the beautiful country of Honduras. His voracious appetite to learn found him ready to graduate high school by age 15, at which time he earned a scholarship to attend Catholic High School in Little Rock, AR. Transitioning out of third-world life opened the door for previously unattainable opportunities for Drew, not the least of which was the ability to obtain a higher education. Drew attended the University of Central Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He was extremely involved in leadership for multiple organizations on campus, and completed an internship with Northwestern Mutual which allowed him to begin his career as a Wealth Management Advisor upon graduating.

Drew’s dogged work ethic afforded him a rapid progression in both his personal practice and managerial role as a Managing Director. He was awarded the Pacesetter Award for Top First-Year Advisor in the firm. Additional company and industry accomplishment highlights include perennial qualification for Outstanding Achievement in Recruiting and Sales (OARS) Achievement Award, Forum, and Million Dollar Round Table, among others. Most recently, Drew earned the distinction of the Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 Class of 2023 and was recognized by Forbes as a Top Wealth Advisor.

In 2023, Drew made the decision to transition his practice from Northwestern Mutual to Mass Mutual, allowing for a more open architecture to better serve his clients. Under the DBA of Catalyst Financial, Drew is working to help spark change in the financial landscapes of his clients from all walks of life.

Outside of work, Drew is a passionate philanthrope and advocate for his home city of Conway. He has served or is currently serving on the City of Conway Planning Commission Board, the University of Central Arkansas Young Alumni Association, the Conway Development Corporation Board, the University of Central Arkansas Foundation Board, the Conway Regional Hospital Health System Foundation Board, and is the Chairman of the Board for the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce. Drew has been recognized as the 2020 Conway Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive of the Year, as Minority Business of the Year in 2021, and as Minority Business Executive of the Year in 2023.

Drew married his lovely wife, Lauren, in 2014. Drew and Lauren are diligent to give back to their community as much as possible, and even started a scholarship for minority students at UCA. They have two sons, Grayson (6) and Davis (3).
