Once you have been admitted to UCA, please follow instructions on your admission letter to setup an appointment. If you have any questions or are having trouble setting up an appointment, please email advising@uca.edu for assistance.
If you are an incoming freshman, you will be assigned an academic advisor based upon your declared major at the time of your appointment.
If you are a transfer student, you will receive an email from the Transfer Services Dept. with information about who you will be meeting with.
What to Expect at your Advising Session
Your advisor will review your academic map with you, suggest appropriate courses and refer you to the Undergraduate Bulletin that will list all requirements for your degree. After you meet with your advisor, you will need to visit the Veteran Services office at 302 Donaghey Ave., West Wing where the representative will review all of your military benefits with you.
Please make sure you have submitted all transcripts (including Military transcripts) prior to your registration appointment.
