ELIGIBILITY: Only those students who have placed in one of Arkansas’ ISEF affiliated regional science fairs and have been certified by the regional fair director are eligible to compete in the Arkansas State Science Fair.
For the health and safety of all participants, this year’s Arkansas State Science Fair is being held online.
PLEASE READ THROUGH AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO SUBMIT YOUR VIRTUAL PRESENTATION!
DEADLINE 1: All online registration MUST be completed by 5:00 pm Wednesday, March 24th.
DEADLINE 2: All uploads MUST be completed by Friday, March 26th at noon.
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1. Complete the form, below. Be sure to fill in all sections.
STEP 2. Click on “NEXT” to review the photo release policy.
STEP 3. Click on “NEXT” to review your submission.
STEP 4. IF any information on your review page is incorrect, click on “PREVIOUS” to make corrections, then re-click “NEXT.”
STEP 5: IMPORTANT! BE SURE TO CLICK “SUBMIT” WHEN YOU ARE DONE. A confirmation email will be sent to you and your teacher.
STEP 6: REQUIRED: You MUST print the confirmation email and complete the remaining steps outlined on the state’s registration page found here: https://sites.google.com/uca.edu/arssef/registration.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH OR CHECKS to the state fair. You will be contacted by email within 5 business days of registration with detailed directions explaining how to pay your registration fees.
NOTE: Completing this form on-line allows you to pre-register only. Registration is not complete until all steps of the Virtual Presentation and Paperwork submission is complete. Please ensure that your poster text is easily readable for the category judging team.
SPECIAL AWARDS: **UPDATE** We are working on the registration process for this year’s special awards. Information will be sent out via email by Friday, March 28th.
