    All cameras come with batteries, chargers, carrying cases and memory cards.
  • I hereby request authorization use of the equipment as specified above. I agree that the equipment is my full responsibility until returned and that I will provide reasonable care and security and return it by the stated date.

    I agree to use the equipment following the university's acceptable use policies and never to use the equipment in a way that is illegal, immoral or inappropriate to the intended educational purpose. The equipment is to be used by the employee only and only for necessary university business.

    • Equipment must be picked up and returned from the office of University Marketing and Communications in Buffalo Alumni Hall. No delivery is available.
    • An agreement with the borrower's signature must be signed upon picking up the equipment.
    • Equipment must be returned by the date signed off on the agreement form. This is typically two (2) business days after the event date.
    • Borrowers are responsible for removing the images from the memory cards of photo/video equipment. All cards are formatted upon the return of equipment.
    • University Marketing and Communications staff will provide a basic overview of equipment setup and use. However, the borrower is responsible for use during checkout.
