The Division of Student Affairs at the University of Central Arkansas is fully committed to providing top-notch educational experiences for our students as well as developing and supporting the best professionals on our team.  Using our mission, vision, tenets, and priority areas, we will approach our four A’s with expertise, enthusiasm, and energy.

Assessment

The Division of Student Affairs will intentionally, thoughtfully, and systematically incorporate assessment into our work to best meet the needs of our students, stakeholders, and staff.  The Division of Student Affairs will use assessment data to inform our future work.

Awareness

The Division of Student Affairs will create avenues and pathways for students, stakeholders, and staff to be fully informed and knowledgeable of services, programs, events, and opportunities that promote education, development, and success.

Affinity-Building

The Division of Student Affairs will find avenues for recognition and celebration of students, stakeholders, and staff to encourage and appreciate the accomplishments and successes of individuals, teams, and our overall community.
