Employee of the Year Nomination Form

Nominations are being accepted for the UCA Employee of the Year award. Any full-time UCA staff member with two years of continuous service as of January 1 of the current year is eligible to be nominated by faculty, staff, students, or alumni. The winner and two finalists will be announced at the Annual Faculty and Staff Recognition Celebration in April. For a list of past winners, please visit the Employee of the Year page.
