Disability Seminar

You will learn about disability programs administered by the Social Security Administration: Social Disability and Supplemental Security Income. Throughout the course you will compare these two programs by discussing the technical qualifications of each. You will review the medical qualifications, the application process, Medicare and Medicaid as it pertains to each program and Social Security's online services.

Retirement Seminar

During this course, you will discover how to qualify for Social Security retirement benefits, the difference between reduced, full and delayed retirement, how Social Security benefits are calculated and more. Estates, Wills, & Trusts

Learn the basics of estate planning such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Local attorney Frank Dudeck will discuss state benefits, veterans benefits, and asset protection law, as to how individuals and families reaching the retirement planning phase can plan ahead to protect assets from nursing home and long-term care expenses and how families in nursing home crisis situations can protect their assets.

First Time Homebuyer

Planning for your future as a first-time homeowner is the focus of this course. Upon completion, you will be issued an Arkansas Department of Finance Authority certificate that is a prerequisite for assistance toward a down payment or closing costs on a new home.
