Nathan Aulepp is a research-oriented academic with aspirations to advance the practice of dietetics by contributing more precise knowledge of how dietary changes or supplement interventions can improve health outcomes. His love for learning and spreading knowledge is a defining characteristic of how he will succeed in positively impacting the lives of others. In addition to formal education and work, he occasionally takes on mini-projects to create or find valuable tools that enrich dietitians’ abilities to assess or counsel their clients. Nathan loves to experience the outdoors, especially atmospheric landscapes, by any physical means, whether hiking, biking, kayaking, or canoeing. He also lifts weights, browses music, reads books, plays games, and spends too much time prepping and cooking food.
Emily Kreps was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Hendrix College in May 2024. From a young age, Emily knew she wanted to help others achieve better health and well-being. She began her own wellness journey at age 12 for health reasons, which sparked a lifelong passion for nutrition and healthy living. Driven by a deep interest in how food and lifestyle impact overall health, Emily aspires to build a meaningful career helping individuals navigate their own health journeys at any stage of life. When she’s not planning her next week’s meal prep, Emily enjoys DJing, dancing, working out, and spending quality time with friends.
Hana Lovett grew up in West Little Rock but calls Maumelle, AR home. Her love for servitude and desire to help heal people with the power of food is what led her to pursue dietetics. She takes special interest in metabolism, environmental nutrition, and functional medicine. Post-academics she hopes to work abroad as a holistic health and fitness dietitian for the Department of Defense as a civilian. When she’s not in class she enjoys any form of being outdoors, traveling, making music, playing video games, and socializing. Hana excitedly anticipates exploring new realms of dietetics and networking in the field.
Zach Lunk considers Conway, AR to be his hometown although he grew up in a variety of places including Germany. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UCA in 2015 and decided to pursue a master’s degree in Dietetics at UCA in 2022. Life experiences taught him the importance of nutrition and it developed into a passion. Zach also enjoys video games, cartoons, indie music, languages, and going for walks with friends and his dog, Oscar. Zach’s future goals include educating others on the importance of nutrition and one day becoming a dietitian for Taco Bell.
