Stephanie Best is a Clinical Instructor in the Instructional Technology graduate program. She has a unique background in the field of education with experience as an Instructional Designer and Education Specialist for the ArkansasIDEAS team at Arkansas PBS. She has also served as a classroom teacher and a reading interventionist.

 

Mrs. Best earned her B.A. (English Education) and M.Ed. (Instructional Technology; K-12 Library Media) from Arkansas Tech University. She is a certified Arkansas educator in the areas of K-12 Art, K-12 Library Media, 4-8 English, and 7-12 English. Currently, Mrs. Best is pursuing a Ph.D. (Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion; Digital Age Curriculum and Instruction) here at UCA. Go Bears!

 

She is passionate about teacher education and helping educators challenge themselves for growth in their field. Her additional interests include professional development, instructional design, library media, virtual education, and student success.
