School Counselor Bibliotherapy Resources

The lack of resources available to school counselors and education today necessitates the creative use of existing resources. Over the past several years education funding has decreased from states and the federal government resulting in a trickle-down effect to student services. This Website is intended to be a resources for school counselors to help students face a multitude of challenges faced today. The list of resources is easily accessible through your local library, media center or the Internet. A link to the current resource list with the appropriate age, type of resource, and ISBN number is also available on this page.

This Website is a work in progress. We hope to add to our lists with your help. Feedback is encouraged from the school community regarding the use of these materials in helping students.
