Honors Center

McAlister Hall

The Honors Center is located in McAlister Hall on the 3rd floor, and is home for the faculty, staff, and administration of the Schedler Honors College and University Scholars Program. The Honors Center is adjacent to student services such as financial aid, academic advising, housing, admissions, student accounts, and the registrar.

Glenda Middleton Forum

The Glenda Middleton Forum (MAC 302) is a multi-purpose lounge used for classes, social gatherings, and study space for students. This room is equipped with a projection screen, a large screen TV, a full kitchen, a bank of computers, and access to free printing for Honors students.

Fletcher and Sybil Sullards Seminar room

The Fletcher and Sybil Sullards Seminar room (MAC 303) is one of two primary Honors classrooms located in McAlister Hall. It is decorated with artifacts brought back from student trips abroad.

Honors Conference Room

The Honors Conference Room (MAC 305) seats 8 and is occasionally used for small classes, but is primarily available for faculty, staff, and student meetings. The conference room is home to the beautiful Giving Tree that commemorates gifts given to the Schedler Honors College by Honors alumni.

Honors Office

The Honors Office (MAC 306) is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Students are welcome to come in at any time and will usually find a variety of candy dishes to choose from as well as smiling faces to help answer any questions they may have.

Honors Presentation Room

The Honors Presentation Room (MAC 402) is the larger of the two primary Honors classrooms located in McAlister Hall.
