Dr. Heather Hudson is a Professor in the Department of Health Sciences. She graduated from Southern Illinois University with her PhD in Health Education, Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois in Springfield, and BS in Health Studies at Eastern Illinois University. Dr. Hudson holds two national certifications as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) from AASECT. Dr. Hudson teaches undergraduate-level Human Sexuality and Health Communication & Advocacy and graduate-level Issues & Research in Women’s Health, Health Promotion Interventions, Issues & Research in Sexuality, and Advanced Program Planning & Evaluation.
