Dr. Morris is a Professor and the Health Coaching Coordinator for Health Sciences. He received his B.S. in Psychology and his M.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His Ph.D. is in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. Dr. Morris is a certified Health Education Specialist and Health Coach. Dr. Morris teaches Health Education Professions, Technology Applications in Health Coaching, Health Coaching I, Health Coaching II, Men’s Health, Epidemiology, Drug Education, and Environmental Health Problems. Dr. Morris is the chairperson for the Interprofessional Education Committee and President for the Arkansas Society of Public Health Education. He also serves as a student advisor, assists with the Health Sciences Club, and works with students who are interested in Directed Independent Research, Honors Research, Master’s Research, and Doctoral Research.
