James Fowler mainly teaches poetry, though his interests include Victorian fairy tales and science-based plays. His upper-division special-topics courses focus on the Victorian and Modern periods. He has published fiction, poetry, and essays in various journals. His poetry collection, The Pain Trader, has recently been published by Golden Antelope Press.
