Southwestern Energy Endowed Fund for Student Research

The University of Central Arkansas received a gift of $300,000 from Southwestern Energy Company to support undergraduate and graduate student research.

The Southwestern Energy Endowed Fund for Student Research will be granted to students conducting research in the fields of environmental science, geography and physics.  Graduate student Christopher Robinson was announced as the first Southwestern Energy/Steven L. Mueller Research Fellow on December 5, 2016.   To read more, please click here.

UCA Alumna in National Spotlight!

UCA Biology graduate student Courtney Dunn was featured on USA Today.  Courtney graduated with a masters degree from UCA in 2014 and is currently a Quantitative Biology PhD student at UT, Arlington.  She is also the Senior Mammal Keeper at the Dallas World Aquarium and Founder and Director of the Prusten Project.
