Dr. James Fletcher is a professor with tenure in the Department of Physical Therapy and a licensed physical therapist. Dr. Fletcher has been a member of the faculty since 1996. His undergraduate degree was completed at Missouri State University, and his MS and PhD degrees in Physical Therapy were completed at UCA. Dr. Fletcher teaches kinesiology/movement science, physical agents, research practica, and PhD coursework. His academic and research interests are in musculoskeletal physical therapy tests and measures while his clinical interests are in the area of orthopedics and sports physical therapy. Dr. Fletcher is clinically active in providing pro-bono physical therapy services.
