Congrats to Bob Bailey

Congratulations to Bob Bailey (seen with Dr. Art Gillaspy) for receiving an honorary doctorate from the University of Central Arkansas. For over 20 years, Bob and his now deceased wife Marian Breland Bailey provided the UCA Department of Psychology & Counseling with invited speeches, slideshows, and animal training workshops.
