Broadway Bound

Broadway musical theater offers a history of American popular musical styles as well as a forum to debate such vital social issues as racism, antisemitism, and gender inequality. There is no more enjoyable a way to trace the evolution of American social consciousness from 1900 through the present day than through the Broadway musical.

Financing a Home Loan

Financing a home is a big step. Learn the benefits to homeownership, followed by the different loan program options available. First Time Homebuyer

Planning for your future as a first time homeowner is the focus of this course. Upon completion, you will be issued an Arkansas Department of Finance Authority certificate that is a prerequisite for assistance toward a down payment or closing costs on a new home. Anyone who will be on the mortgage loan must attend this class (e.g., both husband and wife). Bring a lunch.
