Center for Psychotherapeutic Change

Description

The CPC is a research/scholarship lab dedicated to empirical research on therapeutic change. The Center utilizes a team model to generate research projects, grants, and publications on a variety of change-related topics. The mission of the Center is to promote a culture of research, science, scholarship, and teamwork.

The lab provides students with individualized opportunities to participate in the process of scientific research and scholarship including discussion and training of research issues, preparation of scholarly manuscripts, dissertation projects, and other research/scholarship activities. Mentorship will occur between and across all levels of lab participants—faculty to graduate students, graduate students to undergraduate students, and so forth. Lab experiences equip students at all levels for success in graduate school and beyond.
