Teachers, administrators and anyone else interested in the Little Rock Central High Crisis should register for the FREE upcoming seminar “The Crisis Mr. Faubus Made: The Role of the Arkansas Gazette in the Central High Crisis.”
Featured films include “The Old Gray Lady: Arkansas’s First Newspaper” and “The Crisis Mr. Faubus Made: The Role of the Arkansas Gazette in the Central High Crisis,” produced by UCA. Participants will receive a packet with both films and a teacher’s guide and hear research presented by Dr. Sondra Gordy, Angela Webster and Dr. Nancy Gallavan. The seminar will start at 9:00 am and will be hosted at the Brewer Hegeman Conference Center at UCA. Click for more information or to register.
