Laura Meek obtained her Masters Degree and completed the dietetic internship at the University of Central Arkansas in 2007. Laura has experience in clinical dietetics, specializing in long-term acute care and diabetes education. Prior to becoming a full-time Clinical Instructor at UCA, Mrs. Meek taught Nutrition and Dietary Management at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton for 10 years
