The Dietetic Interns had a busy day teaching the students of Lamar about the various components of a healthy meal at the Lamar Health Fair. Each booth at the fair provided fun facts about nutrition along with interactive learning activities. In addition, nearly 15 pounds of fresh veggies were served throughout the fair. Special thanks to K-12 Culinary Connection for including the interns in this unique experience.
