Dietetic Interns Host UCA’s First BeWell Cooking Demo!

Yesterday, January 31st, marked UCA’s first BeWell Cooking Demo. Members of the 2018-2019 Dietetic Intern class demonstrated ways to incorporate whole grains into a healthy diet. They prepared vegetable fried rice and offered samples of various whole grain snacks. Future demo topics will include, avocado night, taco night, salad night, and using herbs and spices. Great work ladies!
