The University of Central Arkansas formally announced, Thursday, an agreement between the university and American Management Corp. to lease a downtown building for married student housing. On Friday, University of Central Arkansas President Lu Hardin unveiled preliminary plans for a new four-story residence hall that will house approximately 250 students in two, three and four-bedroom suites. Seals, 33, takes over for Coach Ron Marvel, who announced his retirement Monday after 24 years as head coach of the team.
