Yuen Chan, Department of Marketing, Management and Information Systems, has been notified that his research paper titled ” A Social Exchange-Driven Structural Equation Model Analysis of Psychological Empowerment” has been accepted by Organization Behavior Track of the Academy Of Management meeting to be held in Honolulu, Hawaii, Aug. 5-10.
Papers submitted to this conference are peer reviewed and very competitive especially for the organization behavior track. The Academy of Management is the oldest and largest scholarly management association in the world with 14,752 members from 91 countries. Each year the Academy of Management meeting is attended by nearly 6,000 academicians and business practitioners from all over the world.
