The Institutional Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam will be given at 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 22 at the University of Central Arkansas Student Center in Room 215A. President awarded raise for 'hard work'

The University of Central Arkansas? Board of Trustees unanimously approved a motion to raise President Lu Hardin?s salary by $12,000, making him the highest paid university president in Arkansas with an annual salary of $227,670.
