Carolyn Mitchell never gave up on her dream of completing her undergraduate degree. After 50 years, the 72-year-old grandmother of three achieved her lifelong goal. The University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees discussed the university’s future growth, critical maintenance needs, and its budget during a retreat Friday.
