Gospel Benefit Concert to Honor Memory of UCA Students

The University of Central Arkansas's National Pan-Hellenic Council will host a gospel benefit concert to raise money for a scholarship to honor two UCA students who were killed during an on-campus shooting last year. Rwandan Dignitary to Visit UCA

Anglican Bishop John Rucyahana of Rwanda will visit UCA on Monday, October 12 at 4:00 p.m. in the Snow Fine Arts Recital Hall. UCA International Student Enrollment at Record High

International student enrollment at the University of Central Arkansas edged just over the 600 mark for the Fall 2009 semester setting a new University record. Anne Jansen Donates Papers to UCA Archives

Anne Jansen, former news anchor at Little Rock television station KTHV Channel 11, has donated her collection of materials to the UCA Archives. Ms. Jansen began her career at KTHV in 1982 and was later promoted to news anchor, a position she held for more than twenty years before she retired in February 2008. UCA Moves Up in National Rankings

The University of Central Arkansas ranks 17th out of 69 public universities in the category of "Best Master's Level Universities in the South", according to the U.S. News & World Report's annual rankings of universities and colleges.
