The Sales Talent Directory is an exclusive benefit available to UCA Sales Program sponsors. Recommended by one of our corporate partners, this resource provides employers with direct access to students who are actively pursuing careers in sales, marketing, customer success, business development, and other client-facing roles.
Students who choose to participate may upload their resumes to the secure Talent Directory. Sponsors can review candidate qualifications throughout the year and contact students directly regarding internships and full-time employment opportunities. In addition to searching student profiles, sponsors may also post internship and job opportunities that are shared with Sales Program students.
The Sales Talent Directory is available only to Silver & Gold sponsors and is intended to strengthen relationships between employers and outstanding students.
