Community Library Card

Torreyson Library extends borrowing privileges to members of the community through our Community User Library Card program. This program is restricted to:

  • Persons age 16 and over
  • Arkansas residents with a current government issued photo ID
  • Most library databases can be accessed by community users on computers from within the library but off-campus access to databases is restricted to UCA students, faculty, and staff.

Community users may check out up to 3 books from the Library’s general collection for 28 days. Borrowers assume all responsibility for library items checked out on their account and will be subject to charges for any lost and/or damaged items.

To register for a community user card, please visit the Circulation Desk at the front entrance of the library. Your government issued ID is required at the time of registration.

Ark. Code Ann. §§ 13-2-701 to -704 prohibits the disclosure of library records—including but not limited to personally identifying information, materials used, reference queries, or other information—to anyone except the registered patron. (See 13-2-704 for limited, prescribed exceptions.)
