UCA Retiree Eligibility and Benefits
Full-time, benefits-eligible employees, which meet the eligibility requirements according to UCA Board Policy 516 may be eligible for continuation of certain fringe benefits upon retirement from the University.
Retiree Insurance Plans and Details
The retiree, spouse and any eligible dependents may continue in the UCA Group Health and Group Dental insurance until they reach age 65, and if eligible, UCA Life Insurance until age 80.
