UCA’s Director of Employee Engagement & Enrichment is Charlotte Strickland. Charlotte graduated from UCA in 1981 with a Business Marketing degree, acquired a Masters degree in Higher Education from the University of South Carolina, and worked on several college campuses before returning to Arkansas. The Office of Employee Engagement & Enrichment was created in 2004 to coordinate educational training for University populations. Charlotte is humbled and honored to contribute to the work on UCA’s campus.
