For junior or senior students majoring in accounting who plan to become a CPA.  Requires completion of 12 or more hours of accounting courses with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and a GPA of 3.2 or above in accounting.

For full-time junior students pursuing a degree in accounting with a GPA of 3.0 or above.  Recipient shall be a U. S. citizen.

For junior or senior students with a declared major in finance and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.  Recipient shall have a minimum of 30 hours of coursework remaining for graduation.

For full-time entering freshmen, current and transfer students with a declared major or minor in logistics and supply chain management in the College of Business.  Entering freshmen shall have an ACT of 24 or above and a high school GPA of 3.0 or above.  Current/transfer students shall have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above, be enrolled full-time with 24 hours or less remaining for graduation.

C. H. ROBINSON EXCELLENCE IN LSCM SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time students with a declared major or minor in logistics and supply chain management in the College of Business.  Entering freshmen shall have an ACT of 24 or above and a high school GPA of 3.0 or above.  Current/transfer students shall also be in good academic standing with a GPA of 2.5 or above and have completed 12 hours or more the previous semester and must be showing progress towards a degree in the Marketing and Management department.

For entering freshmen who plan to pursue a degree in marketing with a cumulative high school GPA of 3.25 or above.  Student shall be unconditionally admitted to UCA.

For full-time junior or senior students majoring in marketing with a GPA of 2.5 or above.  Student must have at least 30 hours of coursework remaining for graduation.  Preference given to students who graduated from a Faulkner County (Arkansas) high school.

GREENWAY EQUIPMENT CULTIVATING SUCCESSFUL LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP

For junior or senior students pursuing an undergraduate degree in the College of Business.  Recipient shall have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above and a minimum of 30 hours of coursework remaining for graduation.

WENDELL FLEMISTER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time junior or senior students majoring in marketing with 60 or more hours and a GPA of 3.0 or above.  Preference may be given to financial need.

JEFF AND LORI STANDRIDGE INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SCHOLARSHIP

For junior or senior students pursuing a degree in the College of Business with a major or minor in innovation and entrepreneurship.  Students shall have a GPA of 2.5 or above, be in good academic standing and have at least 30 hours of coursework remaining for graduation.  Preference will be given to students who are active in the Entrepreneurship ecosystem or currently operating a company.

For full-time students majoring in business.  Consideration may be given to financial need.  Alternates each year with College of Education.

DR. LINDA L. BEENE TRANSFER SCHOLARSHIP

For students transferring from an Arkansas community college to UCA that have completed a minimum of two community college semesters.  Preference will be given to students who are members of Phi Beta Lambda at the community college and who also joins the business student organization at UCA.  For full-time students majoring in business at UCA with a GPA of 2.5 or above.  Consideration may be financial given to need.

GRANGER AND JAN DAVIS EMERGING LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time junior or senior students who are U. S. citizens majoring in business with a GPA of 2.5 or above.  Preference shall be given to students receiving no other UCA or privately-funded scholarships and to students who are residents of Faulkner County (Arkansas) and its contiguous counties.  A one-page personal statement describing leadership roles on-campus and off-campus and a letter of reference from a professor at UCA that speaks of their exhibiting leadership is required.

DREW MARSHALL GAINOR SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time junior or senior students who are in a degree program within the College of Business with a GPA of 2.5 or above.  Preference given to students majoring in finance, insurance & risk management or innovation & entrepreneurship.  Preference will be given to current Northwestern Mutual interns and to Hispanic minority students.  Application requires a completed resume.

VICTOR GREEN SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time African-American students who have been accepted into the Insurance/Business program at UCA.  Requires an ACT of 18 or above and a GPA of 2.5 or above.  Consideration may be given to financial need.

WILLIAM H. AND JANE GRIGSBY ARTHURS SCHOLARSHIP

For undergraduate or graduates students pursuing a degree in the College of Business with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.  First preference given to current members of the Delta Zeta Sorority.

HOMER LEE SAUNDERS SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time students majoring in business with a GPA of 2.75 or above.  Selection based on academic performance.  Consideration may be given to financial need.

For full-time junior or senior students majoring in education who plan to teach. Preference will be given to students from Jefferson County (Arkansas).  Requires a GPA of 2.75 or above and consideration shall be given to financial need.

HANK AND PATTY PHELPS EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time undergraduate students with a GPA of 3.0 or above who have been admitted to the teacher education program at UCA.  Recipients shall serve or have served on the Student Orientation Staff (S.O.S.) during the academic year of the award.

HAZEL WARD PHILLIPS SCHOLARSHIP

For an entering freshmen female student under the age of 21 majoring in the College of Education who will pursue a course of study to become a teacher.  Requires ACT of 24 or above and high school GPA of 3.25 or above.  Selection shall be based on academic performance and consideration shall be given to financial need.

For full-time students who have been accepted into the College of Education majoring in secondary education and who graduated from Conway High School.  First preference shall be given to junior or senior students.  Requires a GPA of 2.5 or above and recipient shall demonstrate financial need.

For full-time students who have been accepted into the College of Education majoring in teacher education with a GPA of 3.0 or above.  Consideration shall be given to financial need.

Mary Jane Fortier Distinguished Scholars Fund
For a student seeking a doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership. Eligible student must have begun their career in the field of K-12 education and should exemplify excellence in educational leadership and a commitment to promoting innovation and improvement in the field of K-12 education.

Gladys Sachse Scholarship
For a student who is majoring in education and has been admitted into the Graduate School and who plans to become a school library media specialist. Student shall have a minimum GRE score of 1000 or above. Consideration shall be given to financial need.

For a full-time outstanding instrumental performance music major.  Selection based on talent, GPA of 2.75 or above and financial need.

CLITUS E. IVIE MEMORIAL BAND SCHOLARSHIP

For full-time students majoring in instrumental music with a GPA of 2.5 or above.  First preference shall be given to students who plan to become a band director.  Second preference shall be given to band students.  Students shall demonstrate financial need, good character and be in good academic standing.

DENIS WINTER LOW BRASS SCHOLARSHIP

For a junior student enrolled full-time in an undergraduate music program at UCA with emphasis in low brass (i.e., trombone, euphonium or tuba).  Preference given to students whose major instrument is the trombone or euphonium and to students with financial need.  Requires a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above and a major GPA of 3.25 or above.

For current UCA BSN Level 4 students, Year 2 or RN to BSN students from an underrepresented minority (racial, ethnic, and/or gender) with financial need.  Must be a U. S. citizen and in good academic standing in the School of Nursing.  RN to BSN student applicants must be enrolled in 6 or more hours in the nursing curriculum.

DUSTIN BAILEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

For a full-time undergraduate student majoring in nursing who is a resident of Arkansas with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above.  Preference will be given to students with financial need.

ELIZABETH BLANKENSHIP FAMILY ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR NURSING

For students who are pursuing a degree in nursing and who are fully admitted to the UCA School of Nursing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.  Preference shall be given to students who are single parents and to students who display financial need.

BONIN-MEAUX ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR NURSE EDUCATORS

For students accepted into the MSN Nurse Educator program.  Requires a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.  Preference will be given to students who show financial need.  Special consideration may be given to applicants who serve as adjunct faculty for the UCA School of Nursing.

CLARA M. FORSBERG NURSING SCHOLARSHIP

For a full-time rising Year 2 or Level 4 nursing student.  Student displays professionalism in the classroom and clinical areas; displays academic ability beyond the majority of the class.  Undergraduate faculty nominate.  Selection committee will make final decision. 

CRYSTAL V. CRAWFORD SCHOLARSHIP

For female students majoring in nursing with a GPA of 3.0 or above.  Must have graduated from an Arkansas high school and financial need shall be considered.

SUZANNE HARVEY GRADUATE NURSING SCHOLARSHIP

For graduate nursing students enrolled in graduate clinical courses, with clinical experience as a BSN nurse. Preference is given to Nurse Practitioner students, though others may apply.  Consideration may be given to financial need.

HAWK-MCCASLIN SCHOLARSHIP

For graduate students enrolled in at least two graduate courses and not receiving another scholarship or traineeship.  Consideration shall be given to financial need.

LINDA VAIL HOLBERT SCHOLARSHIP

For a junior or senior nursing student enrolled full time in required nursing courses and in good academic standing. Requires a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and that recipients will have completed at least one academic year of the nursing major when the award is received.   In addition, it recognizes nursing students who demonstrate high professional standards, meaningful engagement in learning activities and quality nursing care.

JOHNELLE DEBUSK HUNT NURSING FELLOWSHIP
