Purpose
The Office of Enrollment Systems supports the student journey from the first inquiry to graduation by developing, managing, and continuously improving UCA’s enterprise CRM, Slate. We collaborate across campus to connect people, data, and processes, ensuring students receive prompt and seamless support at every stage. We use technology to make student support straightforward, coordinated, and data-driven. We create tools that help staff work more efficiently, reduce manual tasks, and make information easy to share, so our community can focus on students.
Goals
Streamline work
Replace spreadsheets and hand-offs with guided forms, workflows, and automation.
Improve data quality
Strengthen Banner ↔ Slate integrations and data governance so teams can trust what they see.
Elevate the student experience
Power appointment scheduling, case management, and support proactive communications through the Office of Strategic Communications that meet students where they are.
Enable the campus
Deliver hands-on training, self-service tools, and responsive support to departments adopting Slate to further support enrollment and student success goals.
