University of Central Arkansas Cadets Conducted Fall Field Training Exercise (FTX) at Camp Robinson, AR from 20-21 September 2024 with over 60 Cadets in attendance. The FTX began with a day land navigation course followed by night land navigation; a new experience for any MS I. The following day, the MS Is and IIs conducted a round robin circuit training that involved call for fire, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and Terrain Model Kits. The MS IIIs, with assistance from the MS IVs, simultaneously conducted tactical Situational Training Exercise lanes in order to familiarize themselves with how they will train and build up during the spring labs to be better prepared for CST 25. The FTX culminated with a team building event at the obstacle course where Cadets competed against each other.
